CVE-2025-3439Network attack vector

Unauthenticated object injection via field_value deserialization

Published Apr 11, 2025 · Updated Apr 8, 2026

PHP object injection in WPEverest Everest Forms 3.1.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to inject objects through form submissions. The entry-view code passes the attacker-controlled field_value parameter to PHP unserialize(), permitting object instantiation from stored form data. Exploitation requires a separate plugin or theme with a usable POP chain; resulting actions depend on that chain and include reading sensitive data, deleting files, or executing code.
