SYSTEM privilege escalation via insecure temporary directory

Local privilege escalation in JumpCloud Remote Assist before 0.317.0 allows local users to gain SYSTEM access during uninstall or update. Its SYSTEM-level uninstaller creates, writes, executes, and deletes predictable files in a user-writable temporary directory without validating the directory or resetting existing ACLs. A low-privileged local user must pre-create that directory and use link redirection or win a deletion race, enabling protected-file overwrite, arbitrary deletion, service interruption, or SYSTEM execution.
