Unauthenticated file read via unrestricted arc paths

Path traversal in UnForm Server before 10.1.15 allows remote attackers to read service-account-accessible files through Doc Flow. The unauthenticated arc handler retrieves the user-supplied pp path without constraining it to an allowed Doc Flow location. Any network client reaching the endpoint can read files available to the service account; on Windows, a UNC path also triggers SMB authentication and exposes NTLM material.
