Stored XSS in the DNS configuration interface in IPFire before 2.29 allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript. The /cgi-bin/dns.cgi handler stores the TLS_HOSTNAME value and later renders it without HTML sanitization or output encoding. An authenticated user must add a DNS entry, and another user must view the affected DNS configuration for the script to run in that viewer's browser context.
