Authenticated SSRF via external SVG references

SSRF in ThingsBoard before 4.2.1 allows remote authenticated users to access internal services through crafted SVG image uploads. The Image Upload Gallery accepts an SVG whose xlink:href names an attacker-chosen URL, and server-side processing fetches that external reference. A Tenant Administrator bearer token and widget creation are required; the resulting requests can reach services unavailable from the attacker's network.
