Authenticated code execution via browser binary overrides
Published Oct 14, 2025 · Updated Oct 14, 2025
Command injection in Flowise 3.0.1 through 3.0.8 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary code through custom tools. The nodevm tool harness exposes Puppeteer and Playwright launch options, so executablePath and arguments start attacker-chosen host programs outside the sandbox. The attacker needs credentials and permission to create or run a tool; later releases remain exposed only when ALLOW_BUILTIN_DEP is enabled.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
