CVE-2025-34201Public exploit

Lateral movement via unsegmented Docker networks

Published Sep 19, 2025 · Updated Sep 19, 2025

Improper isolation in Vasion Print Application and Virtual Appliance Host in all versions allows local users to reach internal services from a container. Shared Docker overlay networks omit inter-container firewall rules, so HTTP, Redis, MySQL, and other services accept traffic directly from peer containers. A container must first be compromised; the exposed trust path then enables lateral movement, data theft, and compromise of other application services.
