Unauthenticated file read via proxy image handler

Arbitrary file read in Arraytics Eventin 4.0.26 and earlier allows remote attackers to read server files through an unauthenticated request. The init-registered proxy_image() handler passes the attacker-controlled url parameter directly to file_get_contents(), which accepts local file paths, and streams the returned bytes to the response. No WordPress account or user interaction is required; disclosure is limited to files readable by the PHP process.
