CVE-2025-34180Public exploit

Remote control via recoverable shared Gateway Key

Published Dec 15, 2025 · Updated Dec 15, 2025

Recoverable credential storage in NetSupport Manager before 14.12.0001 allows local users to recover a shared Gateway Key from client configuration. Client32.ini stores a ciphered form of the administrator-supplied key with a reversible transformation, allowing the original plaintext to be decoded. Read access to one deployed client's configuration is required; the recovered key authenticates a custom client to the connectivity service and exposes systems sharing that key to remote control.
