Database disclosure via strOpid SQL injection

Published Aug 27, 2025 · Updated Aug 4, 2026

SQL injection in pre-June 2025 builds of Bian Que Feijiu Intelligent Emergency and Quality Control System allows remote attackers to read data. The unauthenticated GetLyfsByParams method at /AppService/BQMedical/WebServiceForFirstaidApp.asmx fails to neutralize SQL syntax in user-controlled strOpid before backend query execution. No user interaction is required, and injected statements can disclose sensitive records or bypass application authentication; code execution depends on backend configuration.
