Account enumeration via distinct login failure responses
Published Oct 23, 2025 · Updated May 14, 2026
User enumeration in Tibbo Systems AggreGate Network Manager before 6.40.05 allows remote attackers to infer valid account names. The login function returns different authentication-failure messages depending on whether the supplied username exists. No authentication is required; the disclosure exposes account identifiers that can focus brute-force or credential-stuffing attempts.
