Root code execution via unsanitized PPPoE password

OS command injection in all Shenzhen Aitemi M300 Wi-Fi Repeater firmware versions allows remote attackers within Wi-Fi range to execute code as root. The unauthenticated protocol.csp PPPoE handler interpolates passwd into a uci set network.wan.password shell command and passes it to doSystemCmdComlib without sanitization. Submitting the crafted configuration changes the WAN password and triggers a device reboot after the injected command runs, enabling full appliance compromise and service interruption.
