CVE-2025-34148Public exploit

Root command execution via unsanitized WISP SSID

Published Aug 7, 2025 · Updated Dec 1, 2025

OS command injection in the Shenzhen Aitemi M300 Wi-Fi Repeater allows remote attackers within Wi-Fi range to execute commands as root. The WISP configuration handler inserts the unauthenticated ssid parameter into a uci set command and passes it to doSystemCmdComlib without neutralizing shell syntax. A crafted request to /protocol.csp? requires management-interface access; execution changes wireless configuration and triggers a device reboot.
