Arbitrary file read via unnormalized file parameter

Path traversal in RIPS Scanner 0.54 allows remote attackers to read arbitrary server files through a crafted HTTP GET request. The windows/code.php endpoint checks the file parameter for existence and an allowed extension, then passes the unnormalized path directly to file(). No authentication or user interaction is required; readable files matching the extension allowlist are disclosed with the web server's privileges.
