SYSTEM code execution via writable DLL search path

Uncontrolled DLL loading in PSEvents.exe in four Panda Security products through 16.1.2 allows local users to execute code as SYSTEM. The hourly SYSTEM task searches its writable Downloads directory for absent cryptnet.dll, bcryptPrimitives.dll, or CRYPTBASE.dll and loads a match. Exploitation requires low-privileged write access to that directory; a planted DLL runs with full SYSTEM control of the host.
