Unauthenticated SYSTEM code execution via oversized login request
Published Jul 15, 2025 · Updated Jul 14, 2026
Stack-based buffer overflow in Flexense DiskPulse Enterprise 9.0.34 allows remote attackers to execute code as SYSTEM via an HTTP login request. The web server fails to bounds-check an oversized form body sent to /login, overwriting a stack buffer in libspp.dll and permitting control-flow redirection. No authentication is required; successful delivery compromises the Windows host with SYSTEM privileges.
