Unauthenticated PHP code execution via unrestricted upload

Unrestricted file upload in BuilderEngine CMS 3.5.0 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary PHP code through an exposed upload endpoint. The jQuery File Upload handler at /themes/dashboard/assets/plugins/jquery-file-upload/server/php/ accepts files[] content without restricting dangerous types and stores it under /files/. No authentication is required, and requesting the uploaded PHP file executes it with the web server process's privileges.
