Unauthenticated command execution via login username injection

OS command injection in Stamparm Maltrail 0.54 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands through the login username. The _login handler in core/httpd.py interpolates the username into a logger command passed to subprocess.check_output() with shell=True, so metacharacters alter the command. Authentication is not required; injected commands run with the Maltrail process's privileges on the host.
