Unauthenticated code execution via Fastjson auto-type
Published Jul 2, 2025 · Updated Jul 14, 2026
Unsafe deserialization in Hikvision HikCentral Professional allows remote attackers to execute code through the applyCT endpoint. The /bic/ssoService/v1/applyCT endpoint deserializes untrusted data with Fastjson auto-type enabled, allowing an LDAP URL to load arbitrary Java classes. No authentication or user interaction is required; successful exploitation executes attacker-controlled code on the server.
