Arbitrary file read via unchecked getpage path

Published Jun 26, 2025 · Updated Apr 7, 2026

Path traversal in affected D-Link DSL-2730U, DSL-2750U, and DSL-2750E firmware allows remote attackers to read arbitrary files. The /cgi-bin/webproc script uses the unvalidated getpage parameter as a file path and returns the selected file in its HTTP response. No authentication or user interaction is required, and exposed files can include device credential data.
