Unauthenticated command execution via unsanitized CGI parameter

OS command injection in Vacron Network Video Recorder firmware 1.4 allows remote attackers to execute commands via crafted HTTP requests. The board.cgi endpoint accepts a cmd parameter and passes its unsanitized value to the underlying operating system for execution. No authentication or user interaction is required, and commands run with the web server process's privileges, enabling full device compromise.
