Unauthenticated code execution via path-traversal upload

Published Jun 24, 2025 · Updated May 14, 2026

Arbitrary file upload in Zhiyuan OA affected releases allows remote attackers to execute code through wpsAssistServlet. The servlet accepts multipart uploads and uses insufficiently validated realFileType and fileId values to traverse directories and place a crafted JSP under the web root. No authentication is required; requesting the uploaded JSP runs attacker-controlled server-side code.
