Unauthenticated file disclosure via path traversal
Published Jun 20, 2025 · Updated Apr 7, 2026
Path traversal in SELEA Targa IP OCR-ANPR Camera affected builds allows remote attackers to read arbitrary device files without authentication. The get_file.php download handler accepts unsanitized file or files_list values and resolves encoded traversal sequences outside the archive directory. Network access to the camera's HTTP service is sufficient; exposed files include system data and cleartext credentials usable to bypass authentication.
