Database manipulation via unneutralized noticeId parameter

SQL injection in Beijing Esafenet CDG 5.6.3.154.205_20250114 allows remote attackers to alter database queries via noticeId. The /parameter/getLimitIPList.jsp handler passes untrusted noticeId input to an SQL command without neutralizing SQL syntax. No authentication or user interaction is required, and successful injection can read or modify application data or interrupt database-backed operations.
