Browser script execution via unescaped outtype parameter
Published Apr 8, 2025 · Updated Apr 8, 2025
Reflected XSS in oa_system 2025.01.01 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in a user's browser via the outtype parameter. AddrController.outAddress copies outtype into the Model without filtering, and templates/address/outaddrs.ftl concatenates it into a path without escaping. An authenticated attacker must persuade another user to open the crafted request; successful execution can alter page content in that user's browser.
