CVE-2025-33242Network attack vector

DoS and data tampering via unsupported registry writes

Published Mar 24, 2026 · Updated Mar 24, 2026

Improper lock enforcement in NVIDIA HGX and DGX B300 CX8 MCU 1.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to modify configuration data. The published record identifies writes to unsupported CX8 registry entries that leave the MCU in a bad state, but does not disclose the affected interface or exact lock-bypass operation. Administrative access over the network is required; successful modification can tamper with data and interrupt service.
