Local privilege escalation via predictable log symlinks

Symlink following in NVIDIA Resiliency Extension's main branch before 0.5.0 allows local users to overwrite files through log aggregation. The log aggregator uses predictable output names and follows attacker-placed symbolic links at those paths rather than securely creating unique files. Local access is required; link redirection can execute code, elevate privileges, disclose or tamper with data, or interrupt service.
