Unauthenticated service crash via oversized payload overflow

Published Nov 11, 2025 · Updated Nov 11, 2025

Stack-based buffer overflow in NVIDIA Triton Inference Server before 25.09 allows remote attackers to crash the service with oversized payloads. An oversized payload exceeds the bounds of a stack-based buffer, but NVIDIA has not disclosed the affected endpoint, parser, or function. Network access is sufficient and requires no authentication or user interaction; exploitation interrupts availability without reported data exposure or modification.
