CVE-2025-33195

Local privilege escalation via undisclosed buffer operations

Published Nov 25, 2025 · Updated Feb 26, 2026

Memory-buffer operations in NVIDIA DGX Spark GB10 SROOT firmware before OTA0 allow local users to tamper with data or interrupt service. NVIDIA has not disclosed which SROOT routine mishandles which input or whether the unexpected operation reads or writes outside its buffer. Low-privileged local access is required; exploitation can tamper with data, cause denial of service by an undisclosed failure mode, or escalate privileges.
