Unauthenticated policy access via missing secure_server checks

Authentication bypass in NVIDIA Isaac-GR00T N1.5 allows remote attackers to access policy-server functionality without credentials. The secure_server method dispatches incoming requests to registered policy endpoints without authenticating them first. Network reachability is sufficient, and accessible operations can retrieve model actions, reset policy state, or stop the server.
