Unauthenticated data access via published JWT secret

Hard-coded JWT credentials in IBM Sterling Partner Engagement Manager 6.1.0, 6.2.0, and 6.2.2 allow remote attackers to read protected data. The distributed Helm charts place shared JWT signing values in public chart configuration rather than Kubernetes Secrets. No authentication or user interaction is required; knowledge of the published signing value enables forged tokens and access to protected information, while IBM reports no integrity or availability impact.
