Authenticated SQL injection via itr_no parameter

SQL injection in Code Projects Patient Record Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to manipulate its database. The dental_not.php endpoint fails to neutralize the attacker-controlled itr_no parameter before using it in an SQL command. Low-privilege application access is required, and injected SQL can read or modify patient records or interrupt database service.
