Unauthenticated database access via password-reset SQL injection

Time-based blind SQL injection in Vision Helpdesk through 5.7.0 allows remote attackers to execute SQL via the forgot-password form. The handler passes the vis_username form value into a MySQL query without neutralizing quote-delimited SQL, allowing Boolean and SLEEP expressions to alter query behavior. The endpoint remains directly reachable when its UI option is disabled, and no account is required to enumerate or modify database data.
