Certtool crash via off-by-one template parsing

Heap buffer overflow in GnuTLS certtool before 3.8.10 allows attackers to crash the utility by processing a crafted template file. In src/certtool-cfg.c, the template parser allocates exactly MAX_ENTRIES pointer slots and writes a terminating NUL pointer one slot beyond that heap buffer. Exploitation requires certtool to process attacker-controlled repeated settings; the core GnuTLS library is unaffected, and the bounded observed consequence is an application crash.
