Credential disclosure via plaintext command-line argument

Cleartext credential exposure in Arctera eDiscovery Platform before 10.3.2 allows local users to read Enterprise Vault passwords. The EVSearcher batch file passes the Enterprise Vault password as a plaintext command-line argument recorded by Sysmon or Process Monitor. Exposure requires the Enterprise Vault Collection Module, one of those monitoring tools on the Windows server, and administrator access to its logs.
