Service slowdown via context-insensitive cache authorization

Improper authorization in CryptPad XWiki Platform allows remote authenticated users with script rights to slow the service by clearing caches. LessCompilerScriptService clearCache methods check the document author's programming right instead of the current execution context, then invalidate LESS resource, color-theme, and skin caches. Exploitation requires script right, and the documented consequence is temporary slowdown while cache entries are regenerated, without confidentiality or integrity loss.
