Open redirect via trusted attacker-controlled Host header

Open redirect in Flask-AppBuilder before 4.6.2 allows remote attackers to redirect users to untrusted sites through crafted HTTP requests. The is_safe_redirect_url function falls back to request.host_url when its safe-host list is empty, treating the attacker-controlled Host header as trusted. Exploitation requires a user to follow a crafted application link; the browser is then redirected to an attacker-chosen host.
