Server hang via skipped ActivityPub crawl counter increment

Infinite-loop DoS in Framasoft PeerTube before 7.1.1 allows remote attackers to hang the server via crafted ActivityPub activities. crawlCollectionPage continues when a page URL resolves to the local host without incrementing its limit counter or advancing nextLink, so the loop never exits. Federation is enabled by default, and an unauthenticated inbox request is sufficient to monopolize the server process until it is killed.
