Persistent server crash via uncaught archive exception

Uncaught exception handling in PeerTube before 7.1.1 allows remote authenticated users to persistently crash the server via user import. During archive parsing, PeerTube lets yauzl reject an entry whose path contains an illegal component such as '..' without catching the resulting exception. Any registered user can reach the default-enabled import endpoint, and the queued archive retriggers the crash after every restart until removed.
