Path traversal in Benjamin Rojas WP Editor 1.2.9.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to overwrite arbitrary server files. The plugin's AJAX file-update handling accepts attacker-controlled paths without restricting them to the intended editor directories. Administrator access is required, and code execution follows only when the web server can write a PHP or other executable file.
