Subscriber-level password reset via unchecked user ID

Authorization bypass in WPEverest User Registration & Membership 4.1.3 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to reset passwords. The user_registration_update_profile_details() handler trusts the request's user_id key without confirming that it identifies the logged-in account before writing the supplied password. The published score treats a subscriber session as required; the target user's ID and email must also be known, and only the password is changed.
