Service crash via unbounded multipart header search

Out-of-bounds read in libsoup before 3.6.5 allows remote attackers to crash an HTTP server with a crafted multipart request. In soup_multipart_new_from_message(), strstr searches for the CRLF header terminator without limiting the scan to body_end, so malformed data drives the read past the GBytes buffer. Triggering requires unauthenticated network access to an application that parses attacker-controlled multipart bodies with this function; the demonstrated result is a process crash.
