CVE-2025-32908Network attack vector

Server crash via unchecked HTTP/2 connection URI

Published Apr 14, 2025 · Updated Jun 29, 2026

Improper HTTP/2 request validation in GNOME libsoup before 3.6.5 allows remote attackers to crash server processes with malformed pseudo-headers. The HTTP/2 server builds a connection URI from :scheme, :authority, and :path, then passes a NULL GUri from failed parsing to downstream code. Any network-reachable application exposing libsoup's HTTP/2 server is affected; successful exploitation interrupts that application process.
