HTTP server crash via request-parser bounds errors

Out-of-bounds reads in GNOME libsoup before 3.6.5 allow remote attackers to crash HTTP servers with a crafted request. In soup_headers_parse_request(), HTTP-version parsing reads p[1] without confirming that it remains inside the supplied buffer, and the leading-newline loop dereferences the buffer before checking that its length is nonzero. A network-reachable application must use libsoup's server-side request parser; successful exploitation terminates the hosting process and interrupts its service.
