Arbitrary file read via crafted MySQL URL parameters

Missing authentication in Apache SeaTunnel 2.3.1 through 2.3.10 allows remote attackers to read arbitrary files through REST API v1. The submit-job endpoint accepts unauthenticated job configurations and passes attacker-controlled extra parameters in a MySQL URL into file-reading and deserialization processing. REST API v1 must be enabled, a non-default setting; exposure permits file disclosure without reported write or service-interruption impact.
