Weak BLE pairing in COROS PACE 3 firmware 3.1008.0 and earlier allows physically proximate attackers to eavesdrop on Bluetooth traffic. The watch rejects LE Secure Connections and falls back to Legacy Pairing with a zero Temporary Key under Just Works, making the Short-Term Key guessable. Bluetooth range during pairing is required; recovered session keys expose the confidentiality of watch-to-phone communications.
