Code execution via GetGateways SQL injection
Published Apr 16, 2025 · Updated Apr 17, 2025
SQL injection in the GetGateways method in Siemens TeleControl Server Basic before 3.1.2.2 allows remote authenticated users to execute code. The method applies untrusted input to a database query without neutralizing SQL control characters. Access to TCP port 8000 and valid credentials is required; exploitation bypasses authorization, permits database reads and writes, and runs code as NT AUTHORITY\NetworkService.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
