Persistent denial of service via symbolic-link file creation

Improper link resolution in SonicWall Connect Tunnel 12.4.3.283 and earlier allows local users to overwrite files through symbolic links. The SonicWall VPN service follows an attacker-created symbolic link when creating a file, redirecting its write to an unauthorized location. Exploitation requires low-privileged code execution on the endpoint and can corrupt files or cause a persistent service interruption.
