Arbitrary file overwrite via unsanitized tar extraction

Path traversal in Conda conda-build before 25.4.0 allows attackers to overwrite files by processing a crafted tar recipe. The open_recipe and extract_temporary_directory paths call tar.extractall without validating that member paths remain inside their temporary directories. Exploitation requires a user to process the archive and can replace predictable shell profiles, executables, or cron jobs to gain code execution.
