CVE-2025-32788

Frontend page disclosure via spoofed recording header

Published Apr 22, 2025 · Updated Apr 25, 2025

Authentication bypass in OctoPrint 1.10.3 and earlier allows remote attackers to read rendered frontend pages via a crafted HTTP header. The require_login family trusts the client-supplied X-Preemptive-Recording header as an internal caching marker and skips login redirection when its value is yes. Local-network reachability is sufficient, but exposure is limited to page HTML; authenticated API calls remain protected, with configured reverse-proxy addresses as the notable disclosed data.
